Anyone can leave a review, without an account. We do not ask for proof that the author used the academy, and we do not verify it — we say so plainly, because consumer review rules require us to.

We do not publish reviews to order and we take no payment for them. We do not remove a review for being negative, and we do not edit what it says. An academy cannot hide one.

To make inflating a rating harder, we limit how many reviews one device can send: one a minute, and one about the same academy per day. We store only an irreversible hash of the address, never the address itself.

If something looks fake, report it with the button on the review. A person reads every report. We remove only what breaks the terms — reporting on its own deletes nothing.
