Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Boiskowo(the "Service"), available at boiskowo.io, operated by Radosław Filip, sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza), NIP 6842509693, REGON 180956693. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Boiskowo is a directory of football academies and youth football schools with ratings and parent reviews, together with tools for organising football tournaments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or acting on behalf of an organisation, to create an account and use the interactive features of the Service.

4. Accounts

When you create an account you must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at kontakt@boiskowo.io if you suspect unauthorised use.

5. User content — reviews

You are responsible for the reviews and other content you submit. Content must be truthful, must not be unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or infringe the rights of others, and must not reveal sensitive personal data about third parties. By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it within the Service. We may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Academy listings and third-party data

The directory is based in part on publicly available data (the PZPN certification programme and OpenStreetMap) and is provided for information purposes. Listings may initially be unverified and can be claimed and managed by the academy. If information about an academy is inaccurate, or you wish to request a correction or removal, contact us at kontakt@boiskowo.io.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the Service without permission;
• disrupt, overload, or attempt to circumvent the security of the Service;
• impersonate others or submit deliberately false information.

8. Intellectual property and attribution

The Service, its design, and its original content are protected by intellectual property rights. Place data from OpenStreetMap is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL). Football-school certification data is © PZPN / „Łączy nas piłka”.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the directory is complete, accurate, or up to date, and ratings and reviews reflect the opinions of their authors, not ours.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove content, if these Terms are violated. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
